Timesheet Calculator
Add a row per block of work. The page totals each date and the whole sheet in hours:minutes and decimal hours. You can copy the totals. Nothing is uploaded.
Calculator
How the number is produced
Each row is the same duration rule as the work hours calculator. Rows that share a date are added. The sheet total is the sum of every row.
Worked example
09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 on the same date, with no breaks, is 7 hours.
When this is useful
The end of the week, when the invoice wants decimal hours and the notes are clock times.
Limits
It does not produce a payroll file. Overnight rows work, but a row does not split itself across two dates.
More on the assumptions is on how the calculators work.
