Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetToWork.online ("GetToWork", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The service
GetToWork provides a workday productivity site. Features may include a focus timer, tasks, notes, planning helpers, optional accounts with sync, history and project views for signed-in users, public utility tools, guides, blog articles, templates, interactive resources, and related trust pages. Features available to you depend on whether you use the site as a guest, on a free account, or on a paid plan when billing is offered.
Guests can use the core dashboard and public tools without registering. Creating an account is optional and is not required to try the core workday loop.
The service is provided as-is. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
Accounts
You may use core guest features without an account. If you register, you are responsible for providing accurate account details, keeping your password confidential, and activity under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the service only with appropriate parental or guardian permission where required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse GetToWork. For example, you must not:
- attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload the service
- probe or scrape the service in an abusive way
- use the service for unlawful activity
- interfere with other users' access
- circumvent security, billing, or access controls
- upload or transmit malware or harmful content
Your content and responsibility
You remain responsible for the tasks, notes, plans, and other content you enter. Do not store content you are not allowed to store. GetToWork is a productivity tool, not a backup or compliance archive.
Public tools and content
Public calculators, text utilities, templates, guides, and resources are informational aids. Money and freelance tools are general planning math, not tax, legal, or financial advice. Assumptions stated on a tool or template page are part of how that page should be read.
Availability
We aim to keep GetToWork available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, and other factors may cause downtime or data delays.
Paid services
If a paid plan (such as GetToWork Pro) is offered and payment processing is configured, fees, billing intervals, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Payments may be processed by Stripe when configured. Until billing is configured, paid checkout may be unavailable.
Advertising
Free use of the site may include advertising. Paid plans, when active, may remove ads according to the plan description.
Termination
You may stop using GetToWork at any time. Signed-in users may delete their account from the Account page, or contact us through the Contact page for help. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetToWork and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limits apply only to the extent allowed.
Disclaimer
Except where required by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Utility calculators and planning helpers are informational aids only, not professional advice.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
