Meeting Time Finder

The overlap calculator shows the shared window. This one takes a meeting length and lists start times, every 30 minutes, that leave the whole meeting inside that window. Each option is written in every location’s clock.

Calculator

How the number is produced

Find the overlap the same way as the time zone tool. A start is valid when start + duration is still inside the overlap. Starts are stepped by 30 minutes. At most eight options are listed.

Worked example

London and New York, both 09:00 to 17:00 on 15 January 2026, for a 60-minute meeting. The first start is 14:00 in London, which is 09:00 in New York.

When this is useful

You already know the meeting is 45 minutes and you need a start, not just a vague overlap.

Limits

It will not suggest times outside the working hours you typed. It does not read calendars or busy slots.

More on the assumptions is on how the calculators work.

Questions

How is this different from the overlap tool?

Overlap is the shared window. This page cuts that window into meeting-sized starts.
